Versatility Over the years, regular PSC customers have come to view us as the solution to their many problems. Packaging Our services are packaged to meet the needs of our customers. For those projects with a well-defined scope of work and where budgeting is critical, we can offer a fixed price or contract price. The Time & Material (T&M) option is recommended for those projects that are expected to “evolve” since this option allows the customer to exercise the greatest degree of flexibility during the course of a project. A Daily Rate that includes labor, equipment, and materials is ideal for rigging projects, and a Term Contract arrangement trades a lower rate structure for a long-term commitment.
